Rachel joined the team as Nursery Manager in August 2017. Rachel works full time and has her BA Hons. in Applied Management and is a qualified level 3 practitioner. Rachel has a strong passion for early childhood development and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for every child. With 32 years of experience in childcare and education, Rachel combines effective leadership with a caring, hands-on approach. She believes that the early years are vital in shaping a child’s future and focus on fostering confidence, curiosity, and independence through play-based learning and supportive relationships.

Working closely with children, families, and staff, Rachel builds a warm and welcoming community where everyone feels valued. She is committed to maintaining high standards of care, supporting team development, and continuously improving the nursery setting. Through her dedication and enthusiasm, Rachel ensures that every child receives the best possible start in a happy and stimulating environment.
